Das Stein -

The BDS Detective Agency Solves a Crime at Freiherr-vom-Stein Gymnasium. On the 4th of May we and grade six watch a play that is called BDS and the Adventure of The Faceless Ghost at the school gym.

The actors and actresses come from Canada and the United States of America. They are called Spencer, Derek, MaKenna and Cali. Spencer plays Crump (the ghost), the 90-year-old Ms. Blightwell, and the police officer Constable Proon. Derek plays Billy Brainie who is one of the detectives. Cali plays Deidre and MaKenna plays the Minister for the Environment and Snuffles, the dog. The group's name is White Horse Theatre.

The story is like this: The detectives Billy, Deidre and Snuffles hear a scream and follow the noise. Poor Ms. Blightwell screams because her three pets died. The BDS starts looking what's next door and find the nuclear storage place. Now the adventure begins and they find out what happened...
The play is very funny and cool. We also like the different characters because they are very friendly and funny and we like how the actors memorize the text. The actors change their clothes very fast because there are only four of them but seven characters. Our favourite scenes are the scenes with Ms. Blightwell because she is funny and very athletic even though she is an old lady. We also enjoy Constable Proon's rap because it's very entertaining.
The actors talk to the audience or ask questions in the play so that we can help them to solve the case. At the end we can ask them questions in English because they are still learning German.
We're excited for next year's play! Maybe it will be even cooler and we hope that the story will be entertaining too!
